Personal Build License

This license comes with every purchase of Modular Diffuser plans and files. It says what you may do with them. Last updated 23 September 2026.

1. What you get

The designs, drawings, print files (G-code), lists and manuals of Modular Diffuser are protected by copyright. [Your full name] ("the designer") owns it. You do not buy the copyright. You buy a license to use the files as set out below.

2. What you may do

• Use the configurator and the files from your purchase to build the Modular Diffuser boxes covered by your purchase, for your own use: your home, your studio, your own room.
• Print the parts yourself, or have a print service, a carpenter or a friend make parts for your own build. Give them only the files they need, and only for your build.
• Change the files for your own build.
• Make backup copies.
• Show your finished wall, in photos, videos and reviews. Please tag the product.

3. What you may not do

• Share, publish, upload, sell, rent or give away the files, the configurator output or the manuals, in whole or in part, changed or not.
• Sell built boxes, printed parts or kits, or build walls for customers, without a commercial license.
• Use the files to make plans, files or products that compete with Modular Diffuser.
• Remove the version numbers, labels or notices from the files.

4. Commercial use

Studio builders, carpenters and print farms can get a commercial license. Write to contact@akashavidya.com.

5. Safety is part of the product

The safety information and the assembly manual belong to the files. Build only as they describe, and pass them on to anyone who builds or installs parts of your wall.

6. Duration and end

The license lasts as long as you keep to it. If you break it, it ends, and you must delete the files. Walls you have already built for your own use can stay.

7. Everything else

The Terms apply to your purchase, including warranty and liability. Nothing in this license limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
